Fusion Hair Spa appreciates walk-ins and really tries to accomodate all clients, but we would strongly recommend making an appointment so that the time and date that you would prefer can be avilable to you.

We do have a cancellation policy that we believe is very generous. We just ask that if you are unable to make your appointment you please give us atleast an hour before your appoinment's times notice. Of course if you know before then you can call at anytime, we do have a voicemail that you can leave a message if it is after business hours.
If you do fail to give notice or give notice too close to your appointment time, there will be a 20% charge of that failed appointment added on to your next appointment.
We hope that this isn't too much of an inconvenience to you and hope you understand that a No Show is frustrating and an inconvenience to us.
